Why do you Procrastinate? Are you lazy to do the work?

Well....to start with, ‘Being lazy, can have plenty of up sides'.....

Have you heard the famous quote that says, “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.” This quote goes back to Frank B. Gilbreth Sr

So....why not to find an easy way of doing the things, rather than Procrastinating? Feel reluctant to find an easy way even? Why so?

Because, you are not lazy. The root cause stays somewhere in your past, where you started doubting your capabilities to do anything what you procrastinate at present.

Lets do a self evaluation and find out - Do you Procrastinate every work? I don't think so.....

Then what is that you tend to Procrastinate? Once you understand that, you are almost there to find out the root cause of this habit and once you understand the root cause, you will get over it soon and easily.

Then why to get into the loop of unpleasant feelings, triggered by Procrastination?
